Hydraulically operated control equipment, e.g. on:

are to an increasing extent controlled by electronic means nowadays. This is the application range - in consideration of the extreme conditions of use which the control transmitter ST2000 is especially designed for. Corresponding to the lever displacement, it provides a direction dependent switch and control signal output for both axes X and Y.

Other control commands can be initiated by actuating the control elements integrated in the grip handle of the control stick.

Wear-free and non-contacting inductive linear transmitters are used as primary elements of the measuring system, with respect to mode of activation and robustness their design can be compared with that of the valve system of hydraulic control transmitters.

The built-in electronic circuit provides for control purposes on its output per axis either a current or a voltage signal with switchable characteristic of the linear or the progressive type. A special design offers the option to incorporate a microprocessor for individual matching of characteristics.

All electronic components including the direction contacts and zero position contacts are fully enclosed in an aluminium casing, degree of protection IP 66.

Additional options:

  • integrated power electronic circuit with puls-modulated output current up to 1000 mA for direct drive of hydraulic servo valves
  • integrated CAN-bus interface, transmission protocol according to user requirements
  • individual matching of control output characteristics by means of a microprocessor
  • electronic zero and direction signal output, derived from a redundant inductive control system
  • uniaxial, duplex-uniaxial and pedal actuated transmitters
